Abstract

In this study, I designed and implemented a system which was helpful in setting a Multiple-Choice Question(MCQ) in simulated tests. The system stored the MCQ in multimedia database. This system would be very good for administering qualification and licencing tests in our country. Although this system has had limit uses in limit departments, it seems to meet much wider needs and demands. It was very difficult to construct this system; if we can solve the construction problems, the system will be better and deliver greater satisfaction.
I achieved several significant results through this study, including the following.
First, I found that this program although used limitly as available in this study is clearly suited to wider nee ls, but there are no thesis and programs so this system is very difficult to construct.
Second, this study reflected as much as possibly the needs of the user demand, and the system increased the user¢¥s convenience. but I was unable study to the algorithm for improving processing-time speed. therefore there was no problem with the system when a amount of small data was used but in case of large amounts of data processing-time speed decreased. because the database record contained many algorithm and searches involved the whole system. Accordingly, this part of the system will required continued study and we will have to construct algorithms elevate processing-time speed.
Third, all of the multimedia data was constructed to store, but it could only, input image data until now. This part of the system will be supplemented; if user need arises, the system could be up graded to allow input of the other multimedia data.
